Meldick Farm History Meldick Farms is dedicated to the memories of Richard H. Swanson and Melvin C. Swanson, who established the farm in 1960. The farm was originally a family dairy farm that operated until 1993 when Richard retired from the dairy industry. The farm is still family owned and operated by Todd and Lori Swanson. In 2001 they began the efforts to convert the established dairy into a grass-based operation.  Details... Meldick Farms - Wild Flower Honey The fields of Meldick Farms hum with the tiniest of workers gathering nectar from the wild flowers to create one of nature's sweetest creations, honey. The honey comes from various flowers, white clover, golden rod, fruit tree blossoms, raspberry bushes, and blueberries.
